Typically Friday is not a very active day for stock promotions but still we have a couple of paid campaigns on the horizon. Here is an overview of the companies targeted by penny stock promoters for today:
Edgewater Exploration Ltd. (PINK:EDWZF) First in the line is a Canadian company on the OTCQX exchange. EDWZF has been featured in a newsletter by Wall Street Grand, who had received $40,000 for the service by a third party called Viral Network Inc. The last promotion of the company was in October and was led by the well-know Lebed.
Modern Mobility Aids Inc. (OTC:MDRM) Second in line is MDRM, a company from the OTCBB exchange. The promoter here is OTC Equity who expects to receive $15,000 by a non-affiliate third party. The name of the sponsor was not revealed but still the promoter warned that “the third party may have shares and may liquidate them, which may negatively affect the stock price”.
*Penny stocks investors should be extremely careful with promoted stocks as they become more volatile than usual. If market speculators still want to participate in the promotion they are advised to enter and exit the stock at the opening bell as quickly as possible.
I tend to shy away from stocks trading under 1 dollar. But once in a great while these stocks can really be enormously profitable.
