Promoted Stocks for Tuesday, November 29, 2011: PBGC, ECRY, EMWW, SMXI, SIOR

The speculative penny stocks trader will be delighted to see that today there are a lot of penny stock promotions. Despite the recent low activity of penny stock promoters due to the holidays, promotional campaigns are coming back to the market at full speed. So, here is a list of companies which have been promoted since the last closing bell:

Premier Beverage Group Corp. (PBGC) PBGC was promoted by Elite Penny Stock. The disclaimer shows that the promoter had received $50,000 for the service from an unrelated third party. This is the first time PBGC gets promoted for the year, so the promotion may be more influential, unless the sponsor of the campaign has a plot of his own.

eCrypt Technologies Inc (OTC:ECRY) Next in line is ECRY which was promoted in two newsletters by Mister X and Penny Stock Professor. The former had received $20K for the promotion and the latter $10K. Thus, the campaign on ECRY totals $30,000. Mister X was paid by Beijing Er Kei She Tech Co. Ltd, whereas Penny Stock Professor didn’t reveal the name of the paying party. The last promotion of ECRY took place in April.

Structural Enhancement Tech Corp. (PINK:EMWW) The promotion of EMWW is led by Stock Rock And Roll. MJ Capital Management had provided the $15,000 compensation for the campaign.

A promoter called Damn Good Penny Picks promoted the stock last week without specifying the compensation and the third party in the disclaimer.

SUMOTEXT INC (OTC:SMXI) According to online stock databases this is the first promotion of SMXI. The campaign is led by two stock promoters called NYC Marketing and Penny Stock Shark. The former was compensated $15,000 and the latter $30,000.

Superior Oil and Gas Co. (PINK:SIOR) Three momentum trade alerts were issued on SIOR yesterday after the end of the session. They came from Stock Egg, Cool Penny Stocks and My Penny Stocks. All of the promoters stated that they were not compensated for the issued trade alerts.

*Penny stocks investors should be extremely careful with promoted stocks as they become more volatile than usual. If market speculators still want to participate in the promotion they are advised to enter and exit the stock at the opening bell as quickly as possible.

  1. Although their are sometimes stocks trading under 1 dollars that are worth taking a look at I prefer stocks trading between 1 dollar and 5 dollars a share.

    1. I cannot agree more with you Dennis the Menace. Maybe more than 80% of the penny stocks are a very bad investment in truth. They are highly speculative and easily manipulated. People have to know them really well before trading with such kind of stock and it's best not to hold them for long, only for speculative opportunities.
